Thnak you.  I helped Ray and Matt with their Landowner group in Guernsey and surrounding counties last year.  They negotiated a deal with Shell Oil Company.  My understanding recently when I have referred people to Holland/Shell in Cambridge, they have been told they are not leasing at present.  I am not sure why.  Holland office 3rd floor PNC Bank  740-439-2518.  Project director is Bruce Dondzila. 

Then last week I had a Mason-Dixon landman at my door.  I live in Washington Twp.  He said CHesapeake was leasing land in the eastern 1/3 of Guernsey County.  I would say Oxford is in that area.  He said he was offering $5300 per acre and 20% royalty.  As you know, the CHK lease is not very landowner friendly and would require you to negotiate your addendums and have legal review.  Just my advice.  The landman's name is Timothy Collard  cell 231-499-0269 or Mason Dixon Office number is 304-842-9550.  Hope this helps Jeanette Krunich
