my place was the area that surrounded the cemetery and the white house and barn on the hill.  your 70 would have been across the street and west side of woodburn, most likely the actual pad sight.

so I had the place just behind the church right there at box 60, next to Lanny spencer.  I sold it to Cathy in 2008. I ended up selling half my minerals just before the well was put in. Not sure if I made a good decision or not.  Would be curious to find out how good the well is.
