- Received unexpected lease offer by Range, via paperwork in my Grandfathers and now my Mothers recent estate proceedings --in PA's Washington Cty, Chartiers Twp. Four small adjacent properties total 1 acre - subsurface rights only, with at lease 7 siblings min. I see two producing unconventional pads within 4000' or so feet. Just been researching for the past week or two. Surprised on the limited chatter for Washington County.
