I am trying to find out more about a company that is signing people for a gas line in Noble County Ohio. Company name is Pinnacle Land Management, LLC. It looks like a brand new LLC, I believe them to be land flippers. No environmental surveys or land surveys have been conducted, very pushy man that told us that it would be a waste of time to have a lawyer review the contract. Everything is screaming land flippers but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them.
