Ryan,  I understand your concern for the location of what happens on your property.  I just wanted you to know that in the Wishgard lease, there is a provision that the drilling companies have to get your approval in writing as to the location of all activities on your property.  I would be happy to send you a copy of the clause so that you are able to see how it is worded.  I caution you on trying to deal solely on your own behalf or simply through an attorney.  With the size of the units that are necessary with this type of drilling, you could potentially lose opportunity that you are able to get from a larger group.  I wish you to do whatever you feel is best for you and wish you the best.  If you would like to simply talk and discuss any matters, I would be glad to talk with you.  Again, I wish you luck whatever you decide or however you handle your property.  In the end, it is your choice and you have to live with your decisions.  Just remember when the upfront money is spent, the lease will remain and control what happens on your property.
