As far as I can tell, it seems to vary quite a bot. we signed a lease over a year ajo forb1500 & 15%...we had friends who signed a few months ago for 5800 & 20%. just depends what theyboffer you at what time. we had ppl around us that had over 200 acres that got the same as we did for our 7 acres. And they are preparing a well on their property right now.
