The road makes a hard left in about a quarter mile. His place is on the left side of the road in that turn. I haven't been there in quite a while, so give my directions a little leeway. We are expecting some results from our negotiator soon.

Things are heating up really fast in that local area right now. Not any drilling just yet, but permits being applied for. Are you leased at all yet? If not, or you have a 4 year lod lease with East Resources, don't sign anything new in the immediate future no matter what pressure a land man puts on you.
