Article: Energy firm uses 'land grabs' to secure fracking rights from reluctant landowners
I remember some of the same offers coming in from Ohio Landman in 2010, and especially talking with Nate from Kenyon Energy. It wasn't until late 2010 that another Landman admitted he was actually representing Chesapeake. Who knew then what would eventually transpire later.
