You might be thinking what special title or wisdom do I have that makes me think that you, the Commissioners of the Delaware River Basin Commission, will care what I have to say. And the answer is none. But you seem to have taken note of what Josh Fox had to say in his letter of the same title. Fox is a filmmaker and occasional part time resident of the region at hand. As a lifetime resident of northeastern Pennsylvania, an active participant in my community, and an Environmental Studies major at Middlebury College my voice ought to carry as much, if not more, weight than his.
