Where's the money?


First Chesapeake said division orders would be coming December 2013. Then they said well started pumping Feb 10, 2014, and we would get money in 4-6 months.In April call center said money coming end of June. That came & went with a promise of August. How long can they legally stall us?

Seems like a common theme  ---- heard it has been a lot longer for some from Chesapeake -- read about one pad still waiting after 17 months .  Have you gotten anything yet?
