Did you file a "Notice to Preserve" in the Garrett county courthouse??

I just saw this. I am not aware of any current leasing activity in Garrett Co.

I have heard that a company has filed for a permit to drill in the Finzel area and the permit has been denied 3 times.

I'll keep you posted as I hear more.
