i just two weeks ago listed the property forsle without the minerals for 49500. how ever im not sure how much with, because i can lease it in 12 months, plus range is aggresively leasing around it. They are doing utica well not far off. so im open to offers. Now if someone wants a good chance of getting a well or two, i (may) consider selling half my rights on two other properties. One in plum twnship, i have 90 acres with a shallow well,held by range and 27.5 acres in blackash, wayne twnship crawford co. no surface rights just minerals. also im in the timber business and have chances to buy other properties so if things work, maybe more will happen.
