Penn Township update, please?

Does anyone have any current information on Penn Township? Word is that drilling is about to begin, and that a number of wells are permitted or planned, but we can't find any information.What is going on with the large land purchase of Bow & Arrow / H&H earlier this year near Wilderness Road and the landfill?Any PT landowners have any lease offers recently? My Dad's property is on the Export/Delmont side of Murrysville off Kemerer Hollow Road.  From what the H&H guy told me, they could come in underground from outside of Murrysville, presumably the Delmont side. 

I have been contacted by someone from S&T Bank who wants to negotiate the lease with H&H.  They would charge 6% fee but he says they could more than make up the difference by improving the lease terms.  I don't know what to think.  Are you signing a lease?
