- I live in Wetzel County, West Virginia and I own a Home, and a bit of land here. I have seen so many changes in the last couple yrs. and it no longer resembles the place I grew up. No more are the peaceful hills of my youth, now I think it would be just as peaceful in a city environment. Needless to say I would love to have it back the way it used to be, but since that's not going to happen w/ pipelines going in by Precision on my left, a huge pump station on the hill to my right by Mark West Energy, & gas wells by Trans Energy, I would like to find someone to take this place off my hands. I need to move, but w/ me only owning 10 acres most companies just shake their heads at me, I also have the mineral rights that run under my land, but w/ gas wells and pipelines going in, they may have already sucked me dry.. how would ya know. My frustration is w/ all this going on all around me, and me needing a way out, i can't get anyone to make an offer. Just fed up!
