we receive $2.00 per acre per year from Dominion, we have a gas storage lease from them, signed up for by my parents in the 1980s. They thought it was ten year lease. We have ben told that there is no way out of the lease, since it is automatic rollover. Do you think it is hopeless that we would ever have a gas well? There is a well coming in on our neighbors land a few hundred yards from our land. Any info or encouragement would be appreciated.
