"Once you put the minerals in your name, Tyler Co. will tax the property. They use a minimum value of $200 and at that valuation you would pay $4.74/yr. Then you are taxed on production by the county as well. Basically, they use the production to put…"

"Here is the link to all the Doddridge County Records online. You can search by company. Then sort by Document. I personally use 'Snipping Tool' to save a pic of any record I want to keep.
"One thing I would add to this is that you should be careful of how you list your occupation for Federal and State income tax. A title that suggests you are in the business of leasing/developing mineral rights may very well flag the IRS that you…"

"Well I think Judges are (for the most part) good caring people. None I know of would divide the baby. I sued an insurance company without a lawyer at a cost of under $500 and won. It's only the weak who won't take matters into their own…"

"Also, I am in negotiations on a new lease. I am standing solid that the lease be non-transferable. The O&G company is raising cane. In my last communication with them, I told them to either accept it, find an alternative that would guarantee the…"
"I start with the total well production in Mcf & Bbl. Then I apply my Unit decimal interest. This tells me weather there numbers are close. If the well produces wet gas, you will have to track Mcf removed, processing costs and what the liquefied…"

Do you have your tree posted anywhere else or maybe you can send your line to Richard in a private email if you don't want it posted here. There is also a group tree of Richards descendants (over 30,000 people in the tree) on Ancestry. There's a ton of research available and it's a great network to ask questions, share info, etc. Let me know if you'd like to be a part of that, also.
