We have a copy of the original 12 well plats that a neighbor gave me, but the final permits for the 2 wells that were drilled were for much smaller units (825 acre vs. 1275 acres). Lucky for us the drilling unit stops at the end of our driveway. It looks like 2-3 laterals will pass under us. I know our neighbors had to sign papers for the bank. I haven't driven by the Wengerd site lately, but I think the small boring rig went there from the James pad. They're starting to assemble a horizontal rig on the James pad today. I would expect them to head over to the Wengerd pad next and drill 8-9 new wells. You should receive royalties for any well drilled in the unit you're part of. I'm speculating that Zigo is next on their list or at least I'm hoping it is. Should be any interesting summer around here.
