They paid $4000/acre and 20%.  Lease was signed a year ago.

seems the PGC shouldn't need to increase hunting license fees with all the NG dollars they have floating around.... but that's not what they plan ...  I guess I plan to stop hunting ....

Any new news?  Inflection is reportedly fracking the Hensler well(s).  With natural gas prices going through the roof, activity should be picking up.  One neighbor "heard" that Inflection is leasing again.  Can anyone confirm?
