Welcome ! Sorry the numbers went down on the offer but dollar wise it comes out the same if it stands at a 5 year lease . Dianna is a great person , knowledgeable and very organized . Now ..... DRILL BABY DRILL

Is anyone still following this group?

My land is in Millwood Twp outside of Salesville & I am getting frequent solicitations (more than usual) to buy my land and or buy my mineral rights.

I am not interested in either but I am wondering if they know something that I don't know as far as a new well coming online or expansion of one one of the nearby wells etc.

Any intel would be appreciated!

No new intel on this end.

I also have a collection of offers to buy the land and minerals rights. All of them are way below what I would consider a fair market price. Do they really think anyone is going to sell for pennies on the dollar? I guess someone must accept the offer or else they would not try this method.

I sometimes respond back to them stating that their offer is way out of line but most of the time I just shred it and put it on my paper recycle pile.
