Just curious...
I am in Liberty township and a few months ago got an offer to buy my royalties for 1500 to 1800 per acre, but they would do a more in-depth look if I was serious which "mite change the numbers" slightly....even tho I am not drilled or receiving any royalties ..talked to a landsman rite b4 I contacted them and he advised caution as there will be "significant" activity in my area in the "near future"....how about it, anybody else get an offer or hear anything or see any activity here in Tioga Co. ?

Delmar Twp: top-hole just plugged and turned back to field. Millionaire bought the lease and got rid of it. There are at least two good producing pads nearby, one owned by the rich guy.
Pipelines and all. No idea why he bought it just to shut it down.
Was just offered over 5000 an acre for mine in Clymer twp
was contacted by 3 different entities in last month.
Someting is goin on……

I'd be tempted to sell some of what I have over there for that price!
I have had two gas leases. I live in Chatham town ship. No royalties paid to me ever. Yet they put in an additional pipe line. And still water truck traffic and dump trucks on my road. I was contacted by a company who wanted to buy my gas rights. What do they know that I don’t? I won’t sell.
Does anyone know where the new compressor station is going near Croft Hollow in Farmington Twp. ?
I found out it is going on the corner of Croft Hollow Rd. and Spencer Rd. in Farmington Twp. They must be looking to develop the nearby area, nothing there now.
