Tioga County, PA

Landowners are getting letters asking to re-lease land that had been let lapse.

Any information there? Seneca is the sender. TIA.

How is a shallower Utica layer looking to you and all of Tioga County?  Could this be motivating the re-leasing effort?

Farmgas, don't know of a shallow Utica in Tioga 9,10, 11k is where they have been drilling.

from there recent quarterly report

thank you, that’s interesting.

Utica is 4-14k

If Seneca is interested in your acreage, I'd suggest leasing to them. They have a great acreage position in several parts of the county. JKLM is also picking up acreage in their area of interest, and they're good to work with too.

Tioga NRG has also sent out letter to lease rights

  for your information

Thanks, all. We’re exploring our options and talking to neighbors.

Deb, It really helps is you use a lawyer Doug Clarke is getting some good leases.

Thanks. We are looking into it, and talking to neighbors about working together.
