Wondering what is happening- Received a letter that royalties would now be paid 60 days from gas production. Last months royalty check showed 1/2 of gas extracted from previous month. It's like they stopped extracting in mid-Sept. This month's royalty was literally pennies.

Permalink Reply by Thomas Lilli on January 25, 2023 at 2:27pm New well pad production created so much pressure in distribution line they had to shut in 594 pad till pressure reduced. Now they may be transitioning to 60 day payout. Not all wells on 594 pad back in production as of December. That’s on Mt Top RD
