participating interest

Anybody here have experience with working interest in Marcellus well.  As a nonconsenting owner, do I have personal liability other than financial?  Also, thinking indemnity would be cool.

Nope, you aren't involved in any of the operations. You don't really have financial liability either, but I assume you are meaning financial risk when you made the decision to elect to go non-consent vs signing a lease.
