If i were you sign up, they can just go ahead and drill frack and lay pipe with out disturbing small plots,if you are signed in a unit you will share the royalties, those that don't sign will forgo forever, your neighbors will enjoy the gas under your land under the right of capture rule . Same as a deer on your land migrates to another property an is legally shot. the lease you are offered is probably the only one you will get......
