- Presently, 92 yrs. old, living in Boston. Family property located in the Town of Fallsburgh, purchased in 1935 and presently unmanaged and unoccupied. Currently reviewing a proposal by tenant interested in leasing portion of property to istall and operate a solar photovoltaic power array on 10+ acres for ten+ years. Having difficulty in accepting offer due to the contract also gains access to Mineral Rights. Property resides on eastern portion of the Marcellus Shale. Will welcome opinions and guidance of other land owners.
