hi, signed on 644 acres on the clinton / lycoming border year and a half ago for 1500/acre and 15% for a 5 year deal. we expect that to at least double near lease renewal time unless they enforce the lease by drilling,then thats are deal. we were just contacted by a co. interested in leaseing if the land becomes available again. I would contact Penn State Ag Extension for those counties they can help a lot. good luck,rob
