- Origional Ellisburg "farm' purchased in 1890's by my greatgrandmother -land has been in family for 4 generations - my grandfather, during the 50's, preached to me that there would come a day the Marcellus shale layer below the Oriskany sand would be highly sought after - It excites me to see his prophacy come to life - additional surface acreage added in 1920's & 1950's - OGM rights additionally purchased in Genesee, Bingham & Eulalia Twps. Much of current OGM rights leased for "storage" in Genesee & Bingham Twps. Do have 110 acres in Genesee & 140 acres in Eulalia Twp available for lease.
