"From what I have learned is that the northern counties in PA, like yours is predominantly dry gas. But you should ask them if they plan on drilling into the Utica Shale & search for oil too ?"

Getting close to signing in Lawrence Co.

OK,Its getting close to signing time. We have been talking with Shell/Long (with some frustrations) since last summer and we are getting close to a deal (I think). We have property about 20 miles east of the Ohio line and right on the Mercer/Lawrence co. line about 3 miles from the Grove City Outlet malls. The big questions are.1 - Are we wet or dry gas? Getting close to signing in Lawrence Co.

OK,

Its getting close to signing time. We have been talking with Shell/Long (with some frustrations) since last summer and we are getting close to a deal (I think). We have property about 20 miles east of the Ohio line and right on the Mercer/Lawrence co. line about 3 miles from the Grove City Outlet malls. 

The big questions are.
