Hi, We also would like to know why some permit apps. just sit there and others are issued in weeks. I asked the 2 weeks ago if they put in requests for certain permits be done sooner than others, Answer was no. Our permit app. has elapsed 105 days. Existing pipelines near the Mercer and Pulaski is the other reason. My belief is they are just getting started We were told our farm is still on the list to be drilled in the future and we do have an existing pipeline and row owned by Williams Co. on our property. That is what I know right now. Have to stay patient. At least I have one more winter to watch the deer and the antelope play.
