Introduce Yourself
I am an attorney from Montgomery County, PA and have friends and clients with interests in the gas and oil industry. I was born and raised in Elk County, PA, and hunt, trap and fish throughout Pennsylvania. I am extremely concerned about environmental impacts, proper lease rights and royalty values and enforcement of payment obligations. Watching the rush of these gas and oil companies to push landowners for quick leases, I decided to shift my practice to help people better understand the legal aspects of gas and oil law.
