- my brother and i have recently inherited 35 acres of land from our dec. parents there is a well on it that we also own but as of yet we have not developed it to the point of pumping oil . we have 2 houses hooked up to the gas . we are interested to find out if utica shale is going to come into our area (northern morgan county north of mcconnelsville) and possible leasing and development of existing oil well
