Attorney

I had an earlier post looking for an attorney to review lease details in the Butler area. I have since found an attorney that I can highly recommend based on my own experience. His name is Dennis Sloan of Sloan & Associates located on Main St in Butler. I found him to be very knowledgeable on all aspects deeds, mineral rights and oil and gas leases. 724-284-9092

Gasman, don't you think finding a good attorney is part of the discussion for land owners? From my own experience, about one in ten are worth their salt. I understand that an attorney could post here as a landowner and toot their own horn, but this is not the case here. In fact, one of the attorneys recommended to me from my original post I had already had dealings with on another matter and found her to be  completely incompetent. That made me suspicious of the recommendation and in fact that is why I posted when I found an attorney that knew what they were talking about..
