Latest with Des

Met with a few people today with Des.  I'm not going in details on here, but i stongly encourage anyone that is unsigned to go to his meetings this week.  The first is at Union Local Tuesday night.  Personally, I don't care who brings the contract to the table or how much this person will make off of any agreement, as long as the lease is there for all of us to maximize our opportunity to capatilize on this gold mine.

Anything new with Des?  Where did all his supporters go?  It's been quiet for over a month now.

The last report I got from my neighor was that he would be in Texas for the big O&G meetings and when hw got back if he didnt have a deal they could fire him.

Last I heard he was supposed to have a 800 number for members to check in and get updates the following week after his last meeting , as far as I know that never happen .

He sends e-mails occasionally.  If you are part of his group, you need to make sure he has your contact information.

I'm on his email list but if he don't do something soon he not going to haft to worry about getting leases peopel next to me lease two weeks ago there went 400 acer then just this week three miles from me there was another lease that time they only lease 640 acer.

Bird , has the company that leased your neighbor spoke to you yet . Do you know the name of the company that leased them .

I haven't seen much leasing at all lately except Antrero and there cherry picking .

It would be nice if one of the leasing companies could come up with a nice offer and put this to rest .
