Would like to know the size of the line and how far it goes.  That could be a big development for southern Venango Co. Is LMM a subsidiary of Williams? That would also be big news.

also looks like Hanover? is looking at doing a line from slippery rock to beaver

Brian, why do you say the pipeline is going north/south.   From your picture it looks more like East/West.   Thanks   Mark

Entering our property it is east/west. Leaving our property it runs in a north/northeast direction.

They want the option of up to a 24" line.

I just checked with shell they are not leasing in venango county now at least thats what they told me.  Fyi

They told me they were not leasing Venango County right now!  They did say they will be back, just don't know when...

i just got an offer of 2800 plus 17 % royalties how is that offer? I am new to this

You should be getting at least $3250 to $3300 per acre with 18% royalties...no deductions
