Hi,
I have noticed no activity on this site since mid-May. I would enjoy anyone's posting on any activity(wells, offers to buy your mineral rights, lease signings, whatever might be going on).
We have had offers to buy our mineral rights near Moundsville. The last offer was $4,300 per acre. We turned it down.
I thought we can all keep one-another updated on whatever activity is going on (as far as each feels comfortable in stating).
Will enjoy hearing from anyone w/ any info you may have.

Thanks Pat. You leased much better then we did, but the lease is over soon and CHK took out the section that allowed them to resign for original amt. This time we will require a better signing bonus. - Denver
Hello folks Iam close to Majorsville probably a few miles from Rt 250 We are leased with Chevron also. I believe that there will be a lot of activatey around here in the next few years.
I wouldn't sell my mineral rights in this area for any amount of money period.
Noble Energy in there quartley investors release said they are producing 3000 thousand barrels of condensate per day on their Web 4 pad I believe.
Is it oil ? I don't know but if it is they won't be able to keep a lid on those kind of production numbers forever and all heck will break lose in this area if they are getting that kind of production in oil from one pad.
Now in all fairness they did say that the pad had eleven wells drilled on it.
Food for thought though if you are considering selling it might be something you regrett in the future.
