Read in this week's Monroe County Beacon that Commissioners leased 24 acres in Switzerland Township for 7,000 per acre to Gulfport. No royalty % given or info on the presence or absence of an enhancement clause.    Apparently there is more than one company paying 7K in Monroe Co.
