 rice was giving 7000 an acre and 20% gross ,  Eclipse relessee  was  offering 15% gross  full pipe line with no pay remove any timber with no crop loss but sale, if you keep timber no pay at all , $30,000 to take 6 arces top land a $1000 an acre after 6 acres top land , $1300 delay rental 2500 a acres last one I seen, see a lawyer, and you can BE FORECED POOLED UNDER YOUr OLD LEASE FROM WHAT IV been READing

Paul Baker, we signed with Eclipse and have had no problems with them for over a year or so!  We give them 2 thumbs up!  Not to worry.  Sincerely Sherry & Ed Martin

OMG! That is a terrible lease. I hope you didn't sign it without an attorney looking at it. the deduction and enhancement clause was the worse I've ever seen. the landman was desperately trying to get my son, who has property in OW, to sign. HE will tell you that you are the last one to sign, told my son to take the bonus and not worry about the royalities, because he wouldn't get any. People, talk to your neighbors, get informed, get your leases checked out by an attorney that knows what he is doing. don't keep this business to yourself thinking you will get a better deal. you won't

Hi! Paul,

 Eclipse bought our lease from Oxford for something like 4500 an acre BUT We didn't get anything as we had an older standard lease from Oxford which paid us $10 an acre. Now Eclipse wants to drill a deep well and want us to sign an amendment but with no money. we refused. We will always consult with an attorney before signing anything. We didn't with Oxford and were really taken advantage of. Please have an attorney review the lease as it most always favors the oil company not the landowner. we are in Millwood township guernsey county.

Yep, get an honest attorney. I like Andy Whorhola in Cambridge. He lives in
OW. I might not have spelled his name right. Do NOT get last name starts with
A D. If u have heard stories about Andy and u r not comfortable with him I can only say I like Andy. If he doesn't want your business he will recommend someone else.

 regina perrine may I ask what your oxford  % pay was  most was 1/8 net witch is less than 6% gross
