MWCD to lease Piedmont, then Tappan

someone had posted a link a couple weeks ago wondering why Tappan and Atwood were not leased.......I spoke with the MWCD last week and asked if they had any leasing plans.........they told me that they are currently close in negotiations on Piedmont and expect to have it leased by spring, and then they are moving directly to Tappan and they think it will be leased around the end of the year.

he also mentioned that Atwood is nearly entirely held by production from older wells.

positive news for some in Harrison

I read that the MWCD is leasing Piedmont lake area to Antero Resources. It sounded as things are close to being finished as board meeting is next week.
