Jerry Lee .. Pull up ODNR and Monroe County Engineers.  That should answer your questions!!  Eclipse is drilling on my land in Lee TWNSP and we have no problems!!

If you don't me asking,what part of Lee township is your well in? My hometown is Duffy,which is on the Ohio<Lee township line. But that is a recreational area (golf,boat launches etc) so I don,t how soon that area will be drilled. I live in Center township where there has been little current activity and probably won,t be while all of those Beck Energy leases are in court.
