2014 Waters of the US Webinar | New EPA/Corps Rules

WASHINGTON, DC.  On Tuesday, March 25, 2014 the US EPA and the US Army Corps of Engineers announced the prepublication of the new “Definition of Waters of the United States under the Clean Water Act.”  This new rule should be published in the Federal Register very soon and has a Docket No. EPA-HQ-OW- 2011-0880.

To help you better understand the implications of these new rules and also to help you avoid reading 370 pages of mind numbing text, we are offering a series of live, interactive webinars.  In less than two hours we will cover topics such as:

Lastly, exercise your American rights and please provide comments to these rules.  Go to regulations.gov and enter in EPA-HQ-OW- 2011-0880 in the search box.  As soon as the regulations are published you will be able to provide comments.  In many places the EPA and Corps are specifically soliciting comments about various aspects of this new rule.   Pay particular attention to the change from routine field wetland delineations to a desktop analysis found on page 29.  This could have a significant impact to your wetland delineation business.
