2012 USACOE Nationwide Permits Updates & Review at Online

On March 18, 2012 the current US Army Corp of Engineers 2008 Nationwide permits are set to expire. The 2012 permits have been out for public comment and are soon to be released. This workshop will cover all the new and proposed Nationwide permits. The Marcellus Shale formation and its natural gas deposits are proving to be a major economic driver for the east coast and mid-west.
