How long can a gas company hold your account in suspension for non payment due to Unresoved title issues. This well has been in production since dec 2017 and we signed div orders over 4 months ago and every time you call they say they are putting in a ticket to look into it. Well finally back in Jan they sent a title clerk up to clear up a few minor title issues that to me was really not a issue, and dont understand why we have a issue as my other half of the same property is one one unit and the other half in a a different unit and they say unresolved title issues on the property, but we are still getting paid on the other half from a different unit. I am beginning to think that something is up with this and they are just not paying out royalties to anyone in this unit, as a no one else a  is getting paid either. Well I called them the other day and they said oh, we have to wait until everyones issues are resolved in the unit until i get paid. I said what does one persons title issue that Idont have any thing to do with have to do with me getting paid. My issues are now recorded at the courthouse. Does this sound like a normal course of action?
