Hello Dott,

I don't recall off hand who you leased with or where your property is. Our well went on line in March of 2016, at that time oil was really low and our first royalty check was $750 an acre per month.

Our last check has an error which I haven't addressed yet but the previous check was for 3 months at over $9000 for 12.5 acres.

I wouldn't put any stock into people trying to tell you that they can calculate your future royalties, they cannot, there are just far too many unknowns and far too many unpredictable parts of the equation.

Go Marcellus is a fine site but there is far more effort to convince people to sell their royalties than I am comfortable with.

As far as your royalties go for the most part you will have to trust the producers, they are probably going to be less than totally fair with you but it is very difficult to prove they are fraudulently shorting you.

I will be happy to try to answer any questions you have if I can, I wont pretend to know things I dont know about.

Hope some of this helps,

David
