I've used this law firm for a business dispute and then they handled my negotiations for two different properties for new leases and a pipeline easement. https://www.lensmanlaw.com/ the contact was John T. Konovsky, Jr., J.D. Remember results might based on your situation.
I know others on here have posted about https://w***********/ they are a much bigger firm.
Over the years I have used 4 different oil and gas law firms some too expensive or too big to give you personalized service. I have stayed with Attorney Cody Smith at Emens Wolper Jacob and Jasin out of Columbus, Ohio. I cannot vouch for all the Attorneys there but ask for Cody specifically he gives a free 30 min consult. He is so knowledgeable. I do a lot of research and he always has an answer for me. Easy to work with. This firm is a smaller firm and so I feel fees are more reasonable than big companies. Years ago they had special pricing to review your lease and would give you guidance if you wanted to do your own negotiation with the Oil and Gas company. I don't know if they still offer that option.
