Where are you located State, County Twp. etc. ??

What was the name of the company offering the lump sum buyout?

Topics of companies offering to purchase royalties seem to appear on a weekly basis on this forum.

My advice always remains the same. If you are in an area where leasing is active, drilling units are being formed, which you probably are or you would not be receiving these offers, hold tight to your mineral rights unless you are in dire need of the cash right away.

 The offers we received for just half of our royalties pale in comparrison to what we have received thus far.
