I am located near Lowell, Ohio in Adams township. I am tied up witw an old lease signed by my dad in 1966. It has been sold twice and is currently held by B&B Petroleum. I have 100 acres with 4 shallow wells. Currently total royalties for the 4 wells is running about $30.00 per month. I don't know if it would make any difference, but in the late 60,s until the late 70,s there was no production sold from the lease, although my dad did have free gas for his house.
I would appreciate any information you could share with me that you might have gained from talking to a lawyer about your situation, as I am also considering legal action.
