Ok, so heres my question. The courthouse has recorded 27 of my 57 acreage in the unit. My first royalty statement said I was being paid on .3635 acres. The div orders are still being reviewed by my lawyer, so i don't even know if they are right. I am of course not cashing check until I know that the div orders are correct and then I need to get royalty statement verified. But my question is,,,,,,shouldn't i be getting paid on the full 27 acres if the courthouse says thats the amount in the unit.
