Allegheny County

Can anyone tell me what may be going on with the above county? I get the fact the rates are low however, my property is about a third of a mile from the yough river and Chevron is going to town about 2-2.5 miles NE of me in Westmoreland county Our 55 acres is with range. Thanks folks

Thanks for your note. Not that it may matter, chevron is about two miles NW of me. Drilling two horizontals SE to NW. I put together about 500 acres that follow that same directiom here in Elizabeth Twp. Our current leases are intact till 2015. For them to put that kind of money into that, there must be something, dry or otherwise. I will keep following thier progress. My best to you over the holidays, Scott
