I was there - He talked a good game but when the financial guy was there, I got suspicious. Besides, his track record has been lousy. My friends from the meeting haven't been paid, either. I signed end of September with Paloma and was paid at @ 85 days.
So you did not sign a lease? I just want to know how to get out of the lease.
As someone said, you have to send a certified letter (at least I would send it certified - for signature) that since they are over the time, the lease is void and you want out of it. Or maybe try calling Des and see what he says to get out of his lease. I am still on his email list.

Subject: Updated number for great river
Well, I guess they didn't Ike getting hammered on the phone. A great river representative asked that all inquiries are to call this number
8172810040
Now see, it wasn't that hard to get us a number to call to get some answers. I've only been asking for three weeks
So call this number and they are supposed to be able to answer your questions.
By the way, in your letter that you send out, state that you are notifying Great River that the are delinquent in meeting the 150 day term for payment to be made. Let them know that this is the notice required by the letter of intent you signed that if payment is not made within 30 days of receipt of this letter, the lease is null and void
Thanks,

YES - that is McClendon's new AEP. As Marcus said, "The track record is to drill tons of wells faster than everyone else..."

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
