Rick,

My experience has been that AR sends the DOs out, 12 - 14 months after the start of production and only one of mine were sent via Certified Mail.

You can call their Denver office and leave a message with the "Division Order Team", and they will reply usually within 3 - 5 business days.  In the event you ever receive an email from them, saved the address, they respond much faster to emails.
